Recently, I picked up the Godin Montreal with a built-in FTP which is simply fantastic. I have the pickup installed on a Line 6 JTV 59 for a highly versatile setup. I have presets for different guitars that I use. It's poly mode only but it a fantastic and affordable solution that can be used with many different guitars. Logic's MIDI editors including the Score editor recognize both poly (all strings on 1 channel) and mono mode (each string assigned to a separate channel). You'll need to spend time developing a feel for how you play in relation to the recorded MIDI. Too much or too little and you'll end up false triggers or inaccurate pitches.
